We have four ways for you to earn Lelu points and save £££.
As soon as you join our mailing list, you automatically become a member of our Loyalty Programme and will receive 200 Lelu points straight away.
How To Redeem Your Points
When you log in to your customer account on our website, you will be able to see your total points in your account section in the rewards "launcher" panel.
If you don't have enough Lelu points to turn into a reward, you will see PROGRESS bar on your account.
As soon as you have accrued enough Lelu points to get money off your next order, the progress bar will say REDEEM (we will also notify you via email).
Click on the REDEEM button and this will automatically provide you with a coupon code to use at checkout on your next order.
