Shipping and Delivery

We ship all over the world. We offer free UK shipping and a flat rate of £9.99 for the rest of the world. Please see the Shipping Policy for more information.

Your order will be with you as soon as possible. We process orders within 24-hours of receiving your order and ship your order out either the same day or the next working day.

UK deliveries normally arrive within 2-3 days. Europe and International deliveries normally take 3-7 working days.

Only UK orders over £40 are tracked / signed for by Royal Mail.

All Europe and International orders are tracked / signed for by the Royal Mail postal service.

We will send you your tracking code as soon as the product has been shipped and we have your tracking details.

Depending on the size of your order, we will always endeavour to send all your items out in one single parcel.

Depending on the policies of the country of delivery, there may be customs fees and taxes applied on import.

As Lelu Fashion is a UK-based business, there are no customs or import fees for orders within the UK.

Lelu Fashion does not take any responsibility for any import charges incurred during delivery to countries outside of the UK. All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

This has never happened before. However, if you receive the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for a return and re-delivery of the correct item/s. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy here.

We are extremely thorough in our quality assurance checks of all products before we post them out. However, if for some reason your product arrives with quality issues, please take a photo and contact us asap so we can arrange for a return and re-delivery or refund of the correct item/s. Unfortunately, although we try out best to ensure all photos and product descriptions are as authentic as possible, there can sometimes be slight differences in lighting for photography. We therefore cannot arrange for a return or refund of your item if you are not happy with the colour or style etc. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy here.

As accurate size charts are on each ring product page, we unfortunately cannot arrange for a return or refund of your item if you have ordered the wrong size. However, if we sent you the wrong size to that which you stated on your order, please let us know and we will arrange for a return and redelivery. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy here.

General Questions

There are a few different ways you can contact us. You can send us a direct message in our website chat app, contact us via our Contact page form or email us at hello@lelufashion.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

We run a Brand Ambassador programme, which is actually full at the moment. Please email us with your interest and we will get back to you once we have more spaces available. Thank you for your interest.

Our fashion pieces are created from a brass base for durability and are either gold-filled with a thick layer of gold, or carefully plated with either high-quality rhodium or up to three layers of 14-18 carat gold or rose gold.

Each piece in our LELULUXE collection is hypoallergenic and created from .925 sterling silver. Our Gold Vermeil pieces have been coated in a thick layer of gold, up to 5 microns (the thickest layer you can get). Our .925 plated pieces are either plated in 14-18 carat gold or rose gold, or high-quality rhodium.
