Processing and Dispatch

At Lelu Fashion, our goal is to provide you with the best delivery experience, no matter where you are in the world. We use the trusted 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery courier on all orders.

All orders are processed within 24-hours. We aim to dispatch your order on the same day or the next working day, however during busier periods it will be dispatched within 3 working days at the latest. You are always more than welcome to contact us if you would like to check on the progress of your order.

We only use Royal Mail 'Signed For' postage on small parcel deliveries (orders with 2 or more items and gift wrapped orders).

Please note that Lelu Fashion does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order and can provide this upon request.

Orders made for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes made by the destination country. The payment of any such fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. Lelu Fashion has no control over these duties and taxes, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further information.
