Our Packaging

All our items are carefully quality-checked before being posted out to you.

Our packaging includes a complimentary Lelu anti-tarnish jewellery pouch to keep your Lelu jewellery safe (along with bubble wrap!), a hand-written message and a jewellery care card, along with one of our business cards to share with your friends or family.

All LELULUXE and GIFT SET orders come with a free silver polishing cloth included. 

Gift Wrapping

Jewellery pieces in gift wrapped orders are presented in a larger box. The jewellery box and Lelu jewellery pouch are accompanied by a small free gift.

Boxes are safety-taped, wrapped in our premium wrapping paper with a ribbon and tag and can be attached with a personalised message from you to the recipient. These boxes are then placed inside a larger, crinkle paper-filled box to create a fun and exciting unboxing experience for the recipient!

We do not include any pricing or shipping labels in gift wrapped items.

To save waste in the environment, all of our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable - except for the plastic bags used to keep the polishing cloth and jewellery card in and the bubble wrap we use to keep your jewellery safe and secure.

Shipping 

We use Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3.99 for all orders with one large or two small items (except gift sets / gift wrapped orders), so your delivery can fit straight through your letterbox. No need to wait around at home to accept it.

Larger orders and gift sets / gift wrapped orders are packaged in a Royal Mail small parcel size box, which will require someone to be at home to accept the delivery.
